Online Quote

It is very important to contact us within 24 hours of your emergency. If you are able to contact us and do not contact us, our policy allows us to pay a reduced amount.

Upon contacting us, we will send you a claim form. The completed form must be submitted to us within 90 days. Requested documentation must be submitted within one year of the the claim opening.

The required information and documentation is detailed in the claim form. You will be asked to provide patient information, policy information, travel details, medical information and documentation, proof of travel. Please see the claim form for a full list.

Once a claim is opened, our claims department will review your bills and follow up with you if additional information is needed. If the claim is accepted, and when possible, we will pay the hospital or provider directly. If this is not possible, we will reimburse you directly for eligible expenses.

Yes, with your authorization, we will make a claim against your government health insurance plan.
